Blogging with a purpose.

The primary purpose of this blog is to inform people about triathlon training. I've spent several years now reading books, working with different coaches, and coaching athletes, from beginners trying to complete their first tri to athletes competing at Olympic Trials. I hope to use this blog to pass on some of the things I've learned.
